Our area is known for many different canoe tours with different characters! The big mighty river, smaller rivers – straight or winding. Even lakes that are so big that a day is not enough to explore them. There are many islands waiting to be discovered during a welcome break. In any case, you get a completely new perspective on Lappland with a canoe and immerse yourself in another world. Our canoes are equipped with 3 seats, are good maneuverable, yet stable, and easy to paddle. Many of our tours are ideal for beginners with no experience. Each tour is preceded by a thorough explanation and, if necessary, various exercises. The 4 tours presented below include a break with a campfire and a warm snack. There is also tea prepared by the fire.
Please note: Every participant must be a good swimmer. For tours where the start and finish are different, a car must be parked at both locations.
Very popular tours are:
- From Lake Stamsjön to Lake Söråselesjön and further into the Ångermanälven river to a great campsite with a fire pit
- The Kvällån river which flows into the Ångermanälven (day tour further to Lake Stamsjön)
- A round trip on Lake Sängsjön which also leads us into the Kvarnån river, which is part of a nature reserve
- A tour on the mighty Ångermanälven river to an untouched island
